To register on Hezy, you need an active mobile number or email address, a password, and you must be at least 18 years old. A national ID or passport may be required later for KYC verification.

Each user on Hezy is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed. Only one account can be created per mobile number or email address.

After basic registration, you can play games and make small deposits. However, KYC verification is required to withdraw funds or process larger transactions. Simply upload a scan of your national ID or passport — verification is usually completed within 24 hours.

After logging in, you can update your email, phone number, and password from Account Settings. To change your name or date of birth, please contact the support team, as these are tied to your KYC information.

Deposit & Withdrawal Questions

First-time registrants on Hezy automatically receive a welcome bonus with their first deposit. The deposit must be made within 7 days of registration to qualify. For full bonus amounts and terms, visit the promotions page.

No, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Typically, you need to wager the bonus amount 5–10 times. Full terms are listed alongside each bonus.

Hezy's daily cashback is calculated at midnight each night. A percentage of your net losses from the previous day is credited to your wallet by 9:00 AM the following morning. The cashback rate depends on your VIP tier.

Games & Betting Questions

Hezy offers live Sports Betting (cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, and 30+ more sports), Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slots, fishing games, and virtual games.

The minimum bet for Live Sports Betting is BDT 100. Slots start from as low as BDT 20. For Live Casino, the minimum bet varies by table — generally starting from BDT 200.

If a match is fully cancelled, all bets placed on that match are automatically refunded to your balance. If a match does not complete the required overs or time, results are settled according to Hezy's rules.

Mobile App FAQs

Download the Hezy App Directly Download Page to download. Android users can download and install the APK file. A web app version is available for iOS users.

To install an APK on Android, go to Settings → Security → enable Install from Unknown Sources. Then tap the APK file to install. If you still have trouble, contact support with your phone model and Android version.

Yes, you can log in to both the Hezy app and website using the same account. Your balance, betting history, and bonuses are synced across all devices — any updates are reflected instantly no matter which device you log in from.

Security & Verification Questions

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email — an OTP will be sent to you. Verify the OTP and set a new password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special characters.

Warning: Hezy will never ask for your password by phone or message. If anyone does, do not respond.

Go to Account Settings and find the 2FA option under the "Security" section. Set it up using Google Authenticator or SMS OTP. Once enabled, you'll need to enter an additional code each time you log in — this significantly strengthens your account security.

If your account is suspended, you'll see a message when you try to log in. Contact the support team to find out the reason and next steps. In most cases, providing KYC details resolves the issue quickly. Multiple accounts or unusual transaction activity may also trigger a suspension.
